We are located at levels 1 & 2 of Stanbeth & Excelsior House, on the corner of Commerce St & Customs St East. Our main entrance is through the glass doors at 28 Customs St East, just past Shaky Isles cafe. Please proceed up the stairs to reception on level 1.

Adjacent to the Britomart Transport Center (ferries, trains & buses). There’s free parking for your bike or scooter, limited on-street parking & the Britomart Car Park is just a two minute stroll across Takutai Square, with the Central Valet dropoff on the Corner of Gore & Tyler Street. Bring your valet parking ticket to Generator for validation and subsidised members rates.
